Warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself (such decision at the product seller’s discretion). - Authorized Service Centers. On selected products and in instances where we are considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers. In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

- Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method.
Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back to your product.
There are no charges for shipping a product back to Naam.ae within UAE.
All international returns will be charged at a minimum of 20% of the product value irrespective of the condition of the product. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable at the moment and are borne by the customer.
- Naam is not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping to our warehouse, please make sure the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely.
- The customer must provide the corresponding accessories and product to the courier company during the pickup (it includes earphone, battery, charge carrier).
